Like a lot of things, Brisket Boy was formed during the pandemic to connect with more purpose and hone a craft. The owners wanted to make great BBQ for his neighbors and do some good along the way. A portion of all proceeds goes towards supporting the educational and tutoring needs of underprivileged kids in the Lake Highlands community.
